Two practical changes worth knowing about:

Pilots now run in small cohorts. We take up to 5 sites per cohort so each pilot gets real attention. The slot count in the header is live.
This Updates page. We're a pre-launch product. You should be able to see that we're moving. Short, dated notes will land here as we ship.
