We ran our first two live demos this week: one with a Scottish local authority and one with an electrical waste processor. These were the first times anyone outside the team had seen or used WasteSync.

The demo is simple but high impact. We show the core functionality of checking in with a QR code, recording the weight and checking out, then simulate taking the network offline mid-load, record the movement, bring the connection back and watch the record file to DEFRA on its own.

Both sessions went well, the customers are almost as excited as us to see the system in action for real.
